This ground-up development for a public charter school owner & operator consists of instructional classrooms, administrative offices, exterior deck space, and subterranean parking.  The project required obtaining a Ministerial Site Plan Review (SPR) from Los Angeles County’s Department of Regional Planning (DRP) & Public Works (DPW).  Ex situ soil remediation was necessary to construct the project to state standards, and despite local labor unions illicitly challenging the project, it was ultimately approved by DRP & DPW and successfully delivered under budget.
