This ground-up development for a public charter school owner & operator consists of instructional classrooms, administrative office space, and subterranean parking. The project required a discretionary Conditional Use Permit (CUP). Despite public support, local labor unions illicitly challenged the project. Working with land use attorneys and community organizations enabled us to obtain project approval from Los Angeles County’s Department of Regional Planning (DRP) & Public Works (DPW). The project was successfully delivered on time and under budget.
